Welcome to Point of Feed ("the App"), developed and operated by Llaps Digital ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Point of Feed is designed with a privacy-first approach, storing your data locally on your device whenever possible. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the App, you consent to the practices described herein.

We do not collect:

• Name, email, phone number, or contact information

• Usage data, device information, or location data

• Proposal content, client information, or pricing data

• Analytics, tracking, or behavioral data

All data is stored solely in the user’s private iCloud.

• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest via Apple’s platform-level encryption

• We have no access to your iCloud storage or its contents

• You maintain complete ownership and control of all data

Our app uses Apple’s local notification system to help you manage proposals. These notifications are:

• Completely local - All notifications scheduled and managed on your device only

• Privacy-focused - No notification data sent to external servers

• User-controlled - Enable/disable anytime in iOS Settings

• No third-party services - We use only Apple’s native UserNotifications framework

Notification types include:

• Proposal delivery confirmations

• Payment reminders (for your clients)

• Subscription renewal reminders (for subscription plans)

• Critical app updates and security notices

All notification preferences are stored locally on your device and synced via iCloud.

The app offers optional Face ID/Touch ID lock for additional security.

• Biometric data never leaves your device and is managed entirely by iOS

• We have no access to biometric information

• Enable/disable anytime in app Settings

We do not share or process personal data—everything is managed by Apple’s infrastructure.

• Payments: Processed by Apple App Store; we never receive payment information

• Storage: Apple iCloud; we do not access your data

• No analytics services: We do not use Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar

• No advertising networks: No ads, no tracking, no data brokers

• No email providers: We don’t have your email address

We never sell, rent, or trade any information because we don’t collect any information.

Data Ownership:

• You own 100% of all proposals, client data, and content you create

• Your data never leaves your iCloud storage (unless you share proposals)

Your Rights:

• Access: View all your data anytime through the app

• Edit: Modify any proposal or client information anytime

• Delete: Remove data through app or iCloud Settings

Important: We cannot access or delete your iCloud data—you manage it via iOS Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Storage → Proposal Craft 

Data is under user control and stored via Apple’s CloudKit. We comply with GDPR/CCPA by default—no direct data processing occurs by us.

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for compliance with privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) regarding any client data YOU collect in your proposals.

No data is collected by us. Any iCloud data is managed by users/Apple in compliance with age policies (18+ or parental consent for Apple ID).

We may update this policy; major changes will be communicated within the app or via App Store update notes with 30 days advance notice.

Continued use after changes = acceptance. You may cancel subscription if you disagree with changes.
